Old institutions sometimes never die. We need reform.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Not going to happen for a very long time chances are. People have a really hard time getting this fired up over state legislators. The Congress and Senate are in some ways more important than the Whitehouse. But people would rather get all fired up and pissed off once every four years rather than deal with their state helping to push reform in DC.
