Jojo has a spectacular aura about
Default Cafferty: Palin should scare the hell out of you!

Sorry - while I'm still nostalgic about when McCain really was an honorable man, I have to admit that after seeing this tape - Palin scares me to death. For the love of God, pie, and mother - go to the link and listen to this tape.

If this woman couldn't hold her own against Katie Couric - got eaten alive by Katie Couric - what chance would we have with the Saudis and the Chinese. And she is one 72 year old cancer survivor's heartbeat away from the Oval office.

Cafferty to Blitzer: 'Don't make excuses' for Palin
Published: Friday September 26, 2008

For those who feel sympathy for Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin during her recent response to a question on the bailout, here is a word of advice.

Don't tell Jack Cafferty.

The CNN anchorman lambasted Palin for her thoughts on the $700 billion bailout proposed by the Bush administration. After showing a clip of the Alaskan governor's Friday interview with Katie Couric on CBS' The Early Show, he had this to say.

"If John McCain wins, this woman will be one 72-year-old's heartbeat away from being president of the United States, and if that doesn't scare the hell out of you, it should," Cafferty said.

He asked viewers to write in opinions about Palin's qualifications for the presidency and then turned to Wolf Blitzer and said this:

"I'm 65 and have been covering politics, as have you, for a long time. That is one of the most pathetic pieces of tape I of ever seen for someone aspiring to one of the highest offices in this country."

This video is from CNN's Situation Room, broadcast September 26, 2008.

I was going to post about this pathetic interview but you beat me to it, Jojo!

Here is a longer video of that pathetic interview and another video with more commentary about it: Sarah Palin's Very Bad Interview | Election 2008 | AlterNet

So, who actually cares what Cafferty (whoever he is) and Blitzer (whoever he is) actually thinks?

Both apparently work for CNN which is totally partisan and biased?

They are entitled to their opinions but who really cares?

I care that some uninformed bimbo might become the president if MCCain wins and kicks the bucket!

Did you even watch the interview? She did a terrible job. I don't need anyone to tell me that because it was obvious that she doesn't have a clue. She was obviously given a list of talking points that she unsuccessfully (and stupidly IMO) tried to connect to unrelated questions she was asked. When asked about the bailout plan she talked about health care and jobs creation, apparently the talking points she had been most urged to push, even though they had NOTHING to do with the question.

Did you watch it or did you just dismiss it because you don't want to know how unprepared for the executive branch Palin is? I didn't realize anyone could appear to be even more incompetent than Bush until I saw the interview.

You mean like Obama? Talk about an uninformed bimbo. Just how unprepared is HE for that office? HE has absolutely NO executive experience.. let alone all of the things that you are saying that Palin lacks.

and if you want to talk about bimbos.. shall we talk about Motor mouth Biden?

All of those who are against Palin because of her experience but at the same time FOR Obama... are just demonstrating that their objection to Palin has nothing to do with their concerns about her lack of experience.

Of course, there's no way that CNN would EVER creatively edit as tape to make Palin look as bad as possible, is there? Because that would be WRONG, and CNN would NEVER stoop to that level!

Wait, yes they would.

Obviously not the republican party. This is scarier than hell, that woman doesn't have a clue as to what she's even running for, she's just a political trophy perioid. She was chosen strictly because she was a woman-any woman would do, no need to be picky.
It shows McCains attitude toward woman, he thinks they're morons, they'll vote for anything as long as it's a woman.
Seems like someone would've intervened by now, I never thought this joke would go this far, could you just imagine this bimbo with the nuclear codes? OMG!!!!!!!

this scarier than hell Marxist, Obama doesn't have a clue as to what he's even running for.. he's just a political trophy period.

He was chosen by George Soros and William Ayers because he is a pretty boy who is a marxist. Obama thinks that all people but he are morons and they will vote for him because he is black.

I never thought that this JOKE of a Presidential candidate Obama would ever get this far.. certainly he has no experience to hold the office.

Wait, yes they would.
The problem with CNN is that they think that they are unbiased and cannot admit how leftist their presentation really is.
