McCain Wins Debate

Although the fate of tonight's presidential debate in Mississippi remains very much up in the air, John McCain has apparently already won it -- if you believe an Internet ad an astute reader spotted next to this piece in the online edition of the Wall Street Journal this morning.

"McCain Wins Debate!" declares the ad which features a headshot of a smiling McCain with an American flag background. Another ad spotted by our eagle-eyed observer featured a quote from McCain campaign manager Rick Davis declaring: "McCain won the debate-- hands down."

There may well be another image of Obama in the same light. In order to get the story out fast. However, for it to be visible to the public is very naughty, and won't do the Washer any good at all.

Gee, no media bias there.

True on both counts - kinda like finding out the network filmed your plumbers crack.

This has nothing to do with media bias Lumara. I'm confident you know better than that. I'm not going to say that media bias doesn't exist, but this isn't an example of this. This is kinda like the Super Bowl. They make world championship hats, t-shirts, etc for both teams, before the game.

Dumb ****s. Neither of them "won the debate."

"Tis a blog - that's rather more like an editorial, and those are expected to have opinion.
