I sat through the republican convention and all I can say is sad really really sad.
I am so sick of hearing this bull***t maverick title he voted with Bush 95% of the time and that is not maverick. Then he picks the least qualified person in modern history as his running mate a person who people keep saying fought the Oil companies when really she wants to sell half of Alaska to them with little care for what it does to our last pristine wilderness. Its a sad sad day when the lies are spewed so much that many people will buy it just because they don't want to pay taxes or think some invisible man is more important then those that can be seen.

The funny thing is, I watched his whole speech, and the only thing that was meaningful that I agreed with was when he said we needed to build more nuclear power plants. The rest was just meaningless drivel or lies.
