Actually I won the argument by laying out evidence that I was right. While it is logical to conclude that the one with the evidence is the one who is right, the argument itself was not based on reasoning or logic.

Ahhhh....and I see you have such an example that you consider to be stupid? The porno argument! Yet the facts are clear, in recession after recession the porno industry has been recession proof. So what has busted the industry this time? Drakej said it was because of all the free porno on the internet and I gave him his due but then I provided evidence that free porno wasn't the only factor. And as you can see, I provided the evidence to back up my assertion that Bush's over all economic policies contributed to the fall of the porno industry.

Now one might assert that pointing to the pornoi industry is stupid. But it is a serious multi billion dollar industry that actually goes back thousands of years. While you could easily write it off is perversion it is still a major player in our economy. But the fact that historically it has been considered recession proof behooves us to examine detrimental changes in it's health which could signify a change in our economy.

Stupid? No, maybe unclean or distasteful but not stupid. Just because it offends your sensibilities doesn't make it stupid. Take for example the toilet, certainly something you might find objectionable for purposes of discussion. Yet many people consider that the invention of indoor plumbing is to the industrial revolution as the wheel was to the the bronze age. So maybe you consider it "unclean" but I suggest you get over yourself.

Do I hate Bush and the republicans for what they did to America? Well that would be a good bet. Am I aggressive in documenting and proving the reasons why I hate Bush? Once again that would be a good bet. In fact I "debate" what I believe. I use reason, logic and evidence to prove and justify my hatred for what Bush and the republicans have done to America. So you're right, it isn't liberal bias, there is no bias here at all, just the facts and whatever intellect I can bring to bear. And you're right, I do hate Bush but that hatred is not based on aimless emotion and instead it's based on the facts. If it makes you feel any better, I would have hated Hitler too.

Now I take umbrage to that statement. Grim17 has his own style which is nothing like mine. If anything you're closer to the style of communication of Grim17 then I am.

I do not take a "roll." I follow the reason, the logic and the evidence. I only appear to be a liberal because they are more often correct then conservatives. Yes, I know that change is more important than reactionary policy in human society. What change, well that's another matter but human culture is built on change and without it we die. So the truth is I'm not a centrist, I'm not a liberal and I'm not a conservative, I just appear to be from time to time.

My UPDATED Pep Talk For Lefties and Lurkers

I have a question for you, and this is an issue that is puzzling me.

How come the more mistakes McCain't makes, the closer the polls are?

It is an undeniable fact that the dumber McCain't appears, the better he's doing in the polls...and I can't figure out why. My guesses are two. Those taking the polls are "fixing" the results and McCain't now owns the "stupid" vote and given they made Bush president, there are a lot of stupid people in America.

Can you figure this out?
