There was nothing baiting about that post. It was a factual video of a real event. But since it doesn't rant against the administration, republicans or conservatives, it isn't worthy. I get it OE. |

The double standard on this forum is sickening, and until they correct it, I will continue to point it out, and do so in a civil manner. |

Yes the conflict in Iraq is really messed up. But what happens when we have to enter into a legitimate fight and we have just been chewing folks up and spitting them out. Year after year, fight after fight? How many people are going to want to join up? Or should we just fire up the draft again? You know join the "company" and all that jazz? |

Then you won't mind if I put you on ignore for the nonce? No offense, but I'm getting tired of this. Even though I agree with you one out of three times (which is more than I can say for some on this forum), I'd rather not have to bother reading you and the Liberals getting into hissy-fits.

In a civil manner? You mean by sending insulting pm's to staff members? That civil manner? Or the part where you broad brush millions of people based on a bias setup of a few?

Instead of debating me, he lied about me, banned me, then locked the thread so when I came back, I couldn't post the fact he lied and refused to retract his false statement. When bs like that is taking place by a moderator of this forum, you can bet the farm I won't ignore it. If you all care to stop your selective censorship, I would be glad to go back to debating. |

Again, while they may not be responsible for whatever "trauma" occurred, they are responsible for how they choose to deal with it. It isn't the traumatic event (in this case, specific incidents during the Iraq War) that caused this guy's problems, it was his own choices on how to deal with the horror of those incidents that caused them.

A panda walks into a cafe. He orders a sandwich, eats it, then draws a gun and fires two shots in the air. "Why?" asks the confused waiter, as the panda makes toward the exit. The panda produces a badly punctuated wildlife manual and tosses it over his shoulder. "I'm a panda," he says at the door. "Look it up." The waiter turns to the relevant entry and, sure enough, finds an explanation. "Panda. Large black-and-white bear-like mammal, native to China. Eats, shoots and leaves." |

Thanks - I let my temper get the best of me on that one, due to personal reasons. But it does distract from the substance. I appreciate the name change. ![]()
