$13 trillion - and where did you come up with that number? When I cited that exact number for the medicare drug benefits, it came from the Government Accountability Office.

Bush has just proposed the most expensive budget proposal in history at $3.1 trillion in 2009. Most of that budget is focused on increased military expenditures. McCain has adopted all of Bush's rationale for that proposed budget, including increased military expenditures. How can we expect McCain to be different?
