BREGANCON, France, Aug 14 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will ask Georgia's president on Friday to sign a French-negotiated ceasefire that contains some apparent concessions to Moscow but would lead to the withdrawal of Russian forces, officials said.

The six-point ceasefire accord Rice will take to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili provides for the withdrawal of all Russian forces, leaving behind only the peacekeeping troops who were in place in South Ossetia and Abkhazia before the start of the crisis, a senior U.S. official said.

Many of you have no doubt seen Rice on TV as well as Bush acting like they are a force to be recon with. As if they hadn't failed at everything since spoiling the White House with their presence.

Well guess what, Bush has failed again!

So where is that lie you alway accuse him of ? I have yet to see you prove it?

and if he is the scumbag that you say, why do you think that he should have any responsibility for stopping the Russian war for oil?

What Russian war for oil, Truthy?? Russia is the world's second largest exporter of oil and the LEADING exporter of natural gas. I have now officially begun to question your sanity.
