Well there is some justification. Basically Bush trashed the Agreed Framework of 1994 and treated North Korea as an evil country. Only to recently re-enact a new treaty that was essentially the same as the Agreed Framework of 1994 and declare victory...

In doing this Bush lied and claimed that Clinton's Agreed Framework of 1994 had been violated by North Korea...and of course, the right wing minions believed him.

What is pathetic is even though the right wingers have complete access to the treaty and historical events they refuse to look and instead cling desperately to the lies Bush told them. Since the same can be said about the case Bush made for his preemptive invasion of Iraq it looks like such blind faith is systemic in the right wing mind set.
