Its a loaded question.

What will Obama supporters do if he fails them.

They will be mad and let it be known just like we are doing with Bush

But I don't see that happening.

If a democrat did all the damage Bush has done, I would say the same things I say about Bush, of course.

Obama knows and respects the constitution. He isn't going to take away your guns. I hope he makes stricter laws for people to buy guns, but law abiding citizens should not have to worry about it. I want to see mental patients and criminals prevented from buying guns. But good citizens should have them if they want them.

I am trying to leave Bush out of this question. I am wanting to know if everyone will be as fired up about Obama failing as they have been about Bush.

If Obama lied about what he was going to do and goes back on his promises, He would have basically lied. But what can you do? WOuld it be possible to impeach him, or would the American people have to suffer the consequences of voting him in?

I am more interested in hearing what his supporters would do. I wonder if they would actually give a straight answer to the OP's question, while keeping bush out of the answer.

This is what I think will happen. Republicans will be blamed because they created a mess that cannot be repaired. My biggest concern is that the most vocal Obama supporters will not call him on mistakes if they are made. This will be more detrimental to our country than any thing else.

Hmmm, I guess first he has to say something will happen if he is elected. So far the word "change" is all I know about.

Take your guns away? What is your excuse for the 2nd Amendment not being restored in 5 years of complete Republican control of the three branches of government and the free wielding NRA that loves your money?

Who has called Bush on his mistakes in 8 years? Did you fear that?

If he promised "change" and then reneged on his promise, could we use the same promise he made us and "change" him?
