I'm not sure if this qualifies as a "cartoon" or if there would be any copyright issues...but if anyone thinks there are copyright issues, just remove it, please. I got it in an email so I don't know the source of the pic or the "cartoon balloon" added, either.

I would really like to see more international and UK cartoons. So Bush still looks like a Chimp and we have moved on from Blair as a Bush poodle to Brown as a horse? That little Muslim puppet is a nice touch.
