I noticed that Bourne in other threads too simply repeats the same statement over and over and over again without any logical explanation. He doesn't even support his statements with quotes and sources of information....

I asked you to explain the agreement beteween the US and Russia which approved the building of your tunnel. Your response was that it's an agreement between Putin and Bush. No link, no further explanantion.

So you support your claim by providing a link to the text of the agreement.

I read the article. You said that there is an agreemnt between Putin and Bush. I want a link to the text of that agreement to verify what you claim.
