Wrong, most elite athletes whether its Baseball, Power lifting, strongman, bodybuilding, Track and field, swimming are doing it with educated supervision.
When we are talking about inherent danger of a substance it is vital to know the truth about the substance when it’s used in the proper manner.

What about illegal USE, there is no evidence that any one in MBL used steroids in a manner that can be reasonably called abuse.
