I would encourage you good folks to click the link and read the whole article. CREW having anything to do with ethics is a joke and its call for an investigation takes away from the seriousness of the missing emails. If you are going to throw rocks you should certainly make sure you are outside of your glass house, CREW doesn't seem to understand this.

Yes it is serious.....and I'm no legal expert, but I would imagine they would have come in handy when Fitzgerald was investigating......but I agree, someone in the White House should have to answer......I say we leave it to them to investigate themselves.....they did such a fine job when they said they were going to do it before......besides another invstigation and possibly another Grand Jury and a trial........all that paperwork to commute a sentence, when it can all be handled right there in the White House!

An Independent Investigator would be the right way to proceed, like the did for Watergate. Fitzgerald would be my first choice since he was the one that discovered the missing e-mails.
