What the hell?
What is up with everyone speaking out against "choosing between the least of two evils?"
Every choice you make between candidates is a choice between the least of two evils. You can try and try and try for years and you will never find a candidate who agrees exactly with you on everything. No candidate is perfect. It's like multiple choice, you choose the best answer. More than one answer may be right, maybe none of the answers are totally right. Anyone agree with me?

I agree 100% That is why people need to spend time on local officials as well as the President. Our government is a huge puzzle but most people only want to focus on the middle piece.

Face facts...Ron Paul did outstanding in raising money and redirecting the rhetoric on the Republican side...but, clearly, he doesn't stand a chance of being nominated against McCain or Romney. On the Dem side, either Hillary or Obama would present not only change by the mere fact that they are who they are, but given the mood and mindset of the country, it's almost a sure bet that one of them will be the next president.

The lessor of two evils is a strategy built by the "Base" of each party, it is a result of the population as a whole being unedjucated when it comes to politics and wanting to vote for a "Winner" the whole concept is ridiculous.

In politics time means everything, and Bush has had 8 years to screw up America, and destroy the prior Clinton years of hard work. It will be like starting from ground zero again and working towards building a new Democrat America. I want people with a track record, and not someone living in dreams who isn't prepared for the leadership role. I wouldn't mind Obama as the Vice President over the Senate, but he is lacking in a Presidential role.
