What are you talking about in that last line? Food or Oil? You can't be talking about food, because UNRWA has been distributing food on the basis of need and many other organizations have been doing it baised on need, not profit. And you can't be refering to oil, because it is not a basic resource for life.
And what do you mean the Palestinians aren't in a position to do anything? They can give the fuel like they promised they would, they are not some completely incompetant, powerless group of people that can't do anything. They have oil, and a good deal amount of it, they can keep true to their promises.
