well then that's a problem within the CA criminal justice system, not the FED or it's policies. Don't you think CA would spend less money deporting them back to their home country than it does feeding and housing them in prison?
and as far as 'price offsets' and your arguement about 'hidden costs', since you give no 'proof' after asking me for it, I'll trust that you can go do your own homework. Cuz that's just what I do.
