If we look at everything logically as to what has worked and what hasn't worked, we immediately realize that the new tough on illegals laws in Arizona and Oklahoma resulted in a mass exodus of illegals from those states. Why? The mandatory requirement for the use of e-verify to determine that all hires by businesses are legal citizens, businesses were no longer able to "play dumb about the status of their hires" and the loss of the business license for repeat offenders by the employers who hire illegals, even the most flagrant employers of illegals could not afford to lose their business license and fired all their illegal hires, was the magic bullet. These two things DRIED UP the jobs for illegals in those states. Result: mass self deportation of illegals from those states and no new breakins. These laws WORK!

Most of the illegals who self deported from these states moved to neighboring states. So, the need to pass these types of law in all 50 states is readily apparent. This will result in mass self deportation of most illegals back to where they came from.

ALL THIS AT LITTLE COST TO AMERICAN TAXPAYERS.

Guest worker programs could be implemented to help in this transition period. A guest worker, however, would have no reason to disappear into the illegal alien underground, because there wouldn't be much of an underground, since most of them would have self deported.

Another magnet that needs to be changed is the 14th amendment. It needs to be changed to only those children born to legal American citizens have automatic birthright citizenship.
