Libertarians are NOT against all regulations.

This started as a Libertarian government, limited to sensible regulation.

The just function of the US government is to observe and protect individual rights in all areas of law, and to respect the limitations of the Constitution and those implied by the enumeration of individual rights, when reviewing and creating legislation created and put forth through constitutionally prescribed means.

Libertarians are for LIMITED GOVERNMENT.
The Government was designed as a CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED, democratic representative republic.

Its no coincidence.
