The sub-titles "citizen" and "congressman" are pretty meaningless right now. As you make more posts, your title will upgrade (like ranks or levels), but right now, we haven't customised it yet with more than "citizen" and "congressman" (we will though). You can also put in a custom one for yourself in your profile.
