yes iran may seem to be a threat, and probably is to israel. however, i imagine their military is really pretty shoddy, similar to iraq's - which were supposedly top notch, turned out to be anything but. their photos of missiles were doctored, so its probably sable rattling

however, while iran may need to be 'taken care of' should we do that at the risk of the US/world economy? oil/gas prices will skyrocket yet again. the country, along with most countries needing gas/oil, will be hit big time by the ramifications of gas (it could double). i do not think its worth sinking the economy and nation for iran.
