A well-deserved kick in the backside or swat across the backside with a belt is not "violence" but it often is a good means of correcting inappropriate behavior. I think if you take a closer look at Western societies from when they stopped spanking their kids you'll find these kids are more disrespectful of their parents (and adults in general), more prone to disobey and more likely to reject authority.

But what do you Brits do? You protect these animals and arrest the only adult trying to actually do something about it! In your sick society it's obviously true that these kids can do whatever they want and no one can touch them.
