I would have to say no, just as I would say stupidity is never justified. If you dislike someone, or something they did or said, just leave it at that. You don't have to enlarge that into a racial slur.

Besides, the state of the art of DNA testing is that you can give someone a mouth swab and come back to tell you that you are a certain percentage African, Latino, Asian, European, etc... Most people are surprised that they will come up a specific percentage African. In that way, we are almost all African Americans here in the USA.

Then there are genetic studies tracing us all back to a common origin, the original African tribe. That was about 280,000 years ago. As the human species migrated, humans adapted to local conditions. Africans developed more Melatonin in the skin as a natural sun block. On the other hand, Nordic cultures developed blond hair, blue eyes and white skin.
