I hate to mince words but the point of this thread is that the federal government isn't neutral. That is a noble and ethical state which are two words that aren't in Bush's working vocabulary.

Well it goes deeper. If he knew then he's a gutless traitor and if he didn't know then all those claims about his superior ability to handle the war and terrorism are flat out lies.
