Here is something to consider. His lawyers requested that all of his interrogation tapes be released and the best they could come up with is the guy lifting his shirt and showing "bruises" which I could not see. And then him crying. They did not even yell at him. Sleep deprivation is allowed under the Geneva Convention as well, so this is pretty much a non issue.
Why is it that people to not get fired up about what the opposition does? Oh wait they are not the US that's right..... I do not condone torture. But honestly people, sleep deprivation being classified as torture? Give me a break.

Freedom of speech for him to speak his allegations of torture, where some here seem to want to gag him. The torture is alleged, and I ahve recognised this at least twice, but this boy is innocent of any crime until proven guilty, I really have a problem with people assuming guilt. There are not many threads here talking of the crimes of the taliban for example because it's bleeding obvious that they are a horrible inhumane group, same with Al-qaeda, but America has pretentions of bein the "good guy", and in reality it could be.
