You're right. This is an EXTREMELY important bill. Nancy Peeloosely has it bottled up in committee. By far the most important aspect of the bill is it's UNIVERSAL MANDATORY E-VERIFICATION provision. Employers are required to check on the legal status of employees. If an employer is then caught hiring illegals, the employer faces hugh fines up to losing their business license. This is CLEARLY the only way to stop the illegal Mexican invasion. To make the scumbag employers of illegals STOP hiring illegals, which will remove the jobs magnet that draws illegals here in the first place. With no jobs waiting from scumbag employers of illegals the illegals will stop coming and those 20 million illegals already here, suddenly without jobs too, will mostly SELF DEPORT back to their hellholes. All at little cost to American taxpayers.

Todate 178 Republicans and 10 Democrats have signed the discharge petition to bring the bill up for a vote. Wow. 10 Democrats, huh?

178 to 10 is a clear indication that the majority of Republican politicians are fighting illegal immigration while the majortiy of Democratic politicians are fighting the Republican politicians fighting illegal immigration.
