They make the choice to pass on the cost? Are you kidding me? Have you ever been on a small to medium sized family run farm? They are not making millions. In order to make a living, they HAVE to pass the cost on. If they are forced to pay minimum wage, then the price of food will rise. There is nothing about choice involved.
