Seriously, the only one of the ones you mentioned that I could stand is Ken Clarke, I disagree with him on many things but you get the impression that he's a good, straight up guy. David Davies serves only his own ego and the rest of them you only agree with sometimes because the albour cabinet is a tory cabinet in proxy and because the tories take their position based on the opposite of what labour is doing, their only aim is election and will say anything to get there. I'm actually not so sure, i take the point on Davis though. For one, Portillo isn't even in politics anymore, he's only a pundit and he actually critices the Tories almost as much as Labour these days. Don't get me wrong he's still a pompous twat and looked a fool when he had Galloway on Dinner With Portillo (everything he said turned out wrong and everything Galloway said turned out to be right)
Hague and Boris i dont even agree on anything, they're just good viewing, you gotta admit that.
