Well, in mind mind at least, I want people to be free to do what they want. I've never tried meth, for example, but if that is what someone wants to do, I damn sure don't want to stop them. That is an extreme example, but if others are free to do what they want then hopefully I'll be free to do what I want. I agree that we are born with certain rights, but as others, such as Oregon Elephant, have pointed out, my belief is really only a belief.
Anyhow, I wasn't trying to confuse anyone about the libertarian philosophy. I'm not even a registered libertarian. I just agree with them more than any other party. I guess I'd say I'm 3/4 indipendent 1/4 libertarian.
