Getting back to the topic of the thread, the latest state to pass a tough on the scumbag employers of illegals sanction law is South Carolina. It may be the toughest employers of illegals sanctions law passed by a state to date. And yes, it does require MANDATORY E-VERIFICATION of the legal status of an employee, so it will be very effective.
I think that we are beginning to see an exodus of illegals from South Carolina. Unfortunately, a lot of the illegals are moving to North Carolina, my state, which doesn't have a tough on the employers of illegals sanction law, yet.
