The way I look at this, is every single chimo better be locked up for raping someone 18 years of age or lower for 25 to life from now on. I am so sick of seeing level 3 sex offenders coming out and moving into our neighborhoods. Why in the hell would you release someone with a high chance to re offend?

I am not psychologist but I would like to hear their thoughts on the claim that a chimo is going to murder his victim once he is done out of fear of getting the death penalty.
