These fears have been going on for a long time. I've been hearing that the US attacking Iran is imminent for over a year now. Unless Iran makes the first move, we will not get involved. As for the ceasefire, I can't believe people are using that as an excuse as evidence that they are getting ready to fight. If they chose not to do the ceasefire, they'd be called bloodthirsty warmongers, they do the ceasefire, and they are calculating warmongers. They are damned if they do, damned if they don't.
