This means that this was an act of war upon the Republic of Ireland and of course an act of State terror. Of course it also adds to the hypocrasy of Britians participation in the "War on Terror" when they have been responsible for terrorists atrocities themselves.

So true, even if that wasn't the SAS I agree with our comrade that Britain must always be hypocrtical in the war "on" terror as long as trhe current government reigns. Not until we have a government that recognises past crimes and apologises can we truly be able to condemn terrorism as a state without hypocrisy.
