I don't complain when my local coffee shop doesn't have the blueberry muffins that I like, but I don't complain, I just go to a different coffee shop to get what I want, without raising a fuss. People looking for condoms, or birthcontrol can do the same.

A pharmacy and a coffee shop are apples and oranges. Around here, there are laws regarding this. It requires licensed health care facilities to provide emergency contraception to victims of sexual assault upon the request of such victims. There is no "opt out" and if someone has a moral objection, then they have to make sure someone is on staff at the same time so they can handle the patient instead.
