You're free to go stand on the courthouse lawn & talk about invisible sky pixies all day long if you like. You're just not entitled to spend my tax money enshrining such BS on public property. In this case, the establishment (separation) clause trumps all. Why do you think moronic Christian groups keep gettin' their a$$es handed to 'em & losing cases such as this in courts where they've even stacked the judgeships with like-minded zealots? Zealotry or not, even the judges realize their hands are tied (well, except for maybe that douchebag down on the Alabama Supreme Court, but he got shown the exit for his exuberance of zealotry).
