Mlurp, this is the doctrine of an Islamic cult group called the Ahmadiyya.

They are a sub group of the Shia. They barely qualify as Muslims. Their theology is heretical and borders on blasphemy.

In fact, I would say that 99.9% of the Muslims do not consider them Muslims at all.
