I've been involved in actual "Town Hall" type presentations years ago, and after several dozen concluded that out of, say, 100 people, there will always be 10% that have are not interested in the merits of discussion. Out of these are typically one or two who are there merely to harass, and back-slap their like-minded buddies. These folks do not warrant intellectual thought.
