No, Elitist means.

1. practice of or belief in rule by an elite.
2. consciousness of or pride in belonging to a select or favored group.

Economic Belief does not qualify in making you Elitist specially when you are a Free Market Capitalist which I am. If you knew about Free Market Capitalism, you'd clearly understand I am not elitist.

Elite in the true since of the word means better then Normal people. But that is negated because everyone is better at something then others.

Obama qualifies as Elitist because He thinks Blue Dog Democrats (the working class) clings to their guns and religion because they are middle class. He thinks their believes and values are s h i t.

If I was elitist, I would be agreeing with Obama. I do not. As I grew up and was raised by those working class elite who "cling to their guns and religion". Obama forgot where he came from. Not I.

So spin your bs elsewhere.
